Mothly Meetings

About our meetings in central Orange County:  Our meetings alternate between the fourth Wednesday or Thursday of the month in Villa Park. Our patio is private, and you must be part of our meetup.com group or be invited by one of our members. Join our email list HERE.  There is a voluntary $20 semi-annual membership fee collected when you come to your first meeting which includes the dinner and lecture.  You can also sign up for a $4 monthly subscription.

Our meetings in south OC take place at Mimi’s Cafe on Lake Forest Blvd and at a private home, alternating each month.

At our Central OC monthly meetings we request a a $12-15 donation if you join us for dinner and $5-8 donation if you attend the lecture without dinner. This helps us pay for the web domains, web hostings and other costs to run the group.   Each meeting has a guest speaker or topic that will be announced through Meetup so everyone can contribute to the discussion.  We start out meeting around 7pm with recent news, book/movie reviews, and a mention of local current events, past and future.  We sometimes have an ‘open mic’ meeting where there is no specific topic but lots of discussion on many different issues.

Religious persons of any persuasion are invited. You’d be surprised how friendly and social a group of skeptics and atheists can be! Questions on the meaning of life? Morality? The soul? You’ll hear answers based on reason and science here. However, if you are coming to profess, proselytize or provoke, please don’t!
